1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
7 cups all-purpose flour, divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup packed brown sugar, divided
1 egg
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, until a knife inserted into center of the cake comes out clean.
In a small bowl, cream together 1/3 cup margarine and 1/2 cup white sugar; stir into flour mixture alternately with flour. Stir in the remaining 1 1/2 cups white sugar and vanilla.
