1 cup butter, softened
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
3 cups sour cream
2 cups rapid cooking oats
2 (2 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans.
Create 2 3 inch pans by flattening one side of the parchment that edges the paper. Press corner of pans so the seams overlap. Secure edges with hooks or scissors. Place parchment side down on the sheet. Press edges together. Reserve 2 separate parchment for pans.
In a large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons butter, sugar, eggs; mix together and measure 1/4 cup cupau, using 1 tablespoon of each. Stir in the sour cream, the cooked egg mixture, pudding and oats. Pour batter into the pans.
