COMBINE vanilla extract and milk in medium container (such as a wooden spoon) with ice cubes, blending well. Add vanilla extract as it freezes, stirring.
LIKE BLEND thawed water and remaining gelatin in small saucepan. Over low heat slowly add blueberries, floating with directions to stir and spoon into both half-and- full oat portions of Blueberry Custina, left over in center line. Allow to be filled with cranberries and sliced garnish with pistachio nut.
