10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion, halved
2 teaspoons garlic powder
3 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 (10 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste with lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste with Worcestershire
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste with garlic powder
1 (5 ounce) can minced green chile peppers, drained
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
In a medium skillet, brown each tablespoon of oil on top of a piece of cooked mixed vegetables. Stir in the mixed vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Heat, stirring, until vegetables are heated through. Place on a large serving platter.
In a medium skillet, saute onions and garlic until golden. Remove from heat, and stir in the minced green peppers. Sprinkle beef and onion over vegetables. Drizzle tomato sauce over the meat and vegetables. Pour tomato paste with lemon juice over the meat and vegetables.
In a large bowl, mix tomato paste with tomato paste with Worcestershire and tomato paste with garlic powder. Add vegetable oil and tomato sauce. Mix well. Season with green chile peppers. Serve at room temperature.
