1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 quart whole cream
4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (1 ounce) square barnyard grass
1 (4 pound) can sliced peaches, drained
3 oranges, juiced
In a large saucepan, over medium heat, combine milk, butter and sugar. Stir in eggs and cream. Cook, stirring constantly, until warm and smooth. Stir in lemon extract, salt and peaches. Pour mixture into an electric mixer bowl. Whip the whipping cream until stiff. Fold in lemon extract mixture.
Pour whipping cream mixture into a small container and chill overnight. Decorate with peaches, oranges and oranges using the same method.
