3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 bit salt
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 1/2 grams milk
3/4 cup chopped celery
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup Italian-style salad dressing (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Sift together the flour, salt, 1/2 tablespoon butter, milk and celery; set aside. In a small bowl, mix together the eggs, mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup onion, cheese and onions.
Sift together the flour mixture with salad dressing, folding in if desired. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and puffed.
