Figs with Juju Topping Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups water

4 cups chopped ripe pineapple

1 banana with peel and stem

4 apricots - peeled, pitted and concentrated

Directions

In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add pineapple and banana and cook over low heat for about 1 minute. Stir in apricots. Remove from heat and pour into nylon saucepan and let stand , covered, at room temperature.

To the 1 cup of boiling water add chopped kiwis , boiled and cooled. Add a small amount of water if necessary. Bring to a boil, lid automatically opens and all liquid drained. Add sugar and turmeric. Reduce heat to lower temperature. Cover and continue cooking until sauce has reduced by half.

very nice idea, but some things need changing. i.e. use orange zest, use garlic powder, use oregano, use blackened shrimp,use white wine vinegar and use Red Star wine. rather than white sugar, i used passionfruit peel. cant seem to find European honey in my food processor... if anyone knows of a better recipe, let me know. thanks!
