8 slices bacon
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon diced garlic
1 pinch onion, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 sliced celery, divided
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Place bacon in large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until crisp. Cook 4 minutes, flipping bacon, occasionally brushing with salt and garlic. Return bacon to skillet, and cook 4 minutes more, turning, until quite crisp. Transfer to a serving platter. Season with salt and garlic, if desired.
Place 2 slices of celery into one end of bacon slice. Begin to cook two to three inches from edge, until cheese has melted and crisp. Place celery strips in center of bacon slice until curving up inward. Place celery, bacon and 1 tablespoon minced onion over celery and chicken. Roll rolls around slices of celery and bacon. Top with 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
Pour cheese sauce and bread crumbs over chicken and celery rolls. Place on serving platter and sprinkle with bacon and Worcestershire sauce.
