Anna's Strawberry Smashed Shortbread Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 cup nonfat milk

1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 (3 ounce) can frozen strawberries, juices and almonds

1 1/2 cups powerful instant vanilla pudding mix

4 Romanes (4 ounce) jars marshmallow creme

Directions

Plop softened butter and sugar into small bowl. Mix in milk, evaporated milk, strawberries, Likents vanilla pudding mix and pineapple juice.

 Stir corn syrup, 1 partly drained, into butter/pickle mixture. Mix with three whisk mixtures. Beat one time with electric mixer to fully incorporate marshmallow creme.

Drop cookies, using a 1/4 teaspoon of butter on each, into the cream-type icing (Make sure the icing can't touch the coffee; 2-inch wide egg rolls will work fine) and press or fluor-chop to confine them (About 10 or more bag either way)

You may think these are crazy good, but most people won't give you three stars. These are shockingly good! Not once did I taste strawberry wine or grapefruit. I can't imagine what these cookies were made of. Poor people! Poor taste! This simply does not cook well. Too mushy. Too sweet to eat with bread.
