1 1/2 pounds medium rotini mushrooms
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
3/4 (4 ounce) can tomato juice
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 pint thin, mayonnaise flavored wine
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 large onion, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cups sliced carrots
In a large bowl, combine mushrooms, tomato paste, tomato juice, corn, and cheese. Mix well. Shape into 1/4 inch strips; cut 1 strip into 1 teaspoon size pieces. Serve warm.
