1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 dash food coloring
1 Scotch whiskey
1 (1 fluid ounce) jigger blueberry liqueur
Cream cheese until crisp
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, food coloring and whisky. Pour mixture into 8 glasses, garnish with blueberry liqueur.
