1 (20 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup beer
In a large bowl, mix the gelatin and white sugar; strain into a small bowl. Stir in the beer. Pour mixture into several plastic bags and chill in refrigerator overnight.
When the first batch is cool, spread the jelly mixture over the gelatin and frosting. Chill until completely opaque.
