Noodles in a Pound Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound potatoes - peeled and cubed

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon seasoning salt

1/8 teaspoon dried parsley

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon grated fresh lemon zest

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

Directions

In a large bowl, mix potatoes and butter together. Place seasoning salt and parsley in a large serving bowl. Rub the hot butter mixture into the potato mixture, making sure that it does not stick. Transfer to a large mixing bowl, based on the size of your mixing bowl. Blend in garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt and lemon juice; spread into the smaller bowl. Stir in milk, milk, parsley, basil, rosemary and parsley.

Turn a large roasting pan upside down. Place roasting pan on a large dish. Season with butter mixture, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt and lemon juice.

Cover roasting pan with aluminum foil. Place roasting pan in oven with preheated broiler. Place roasting pan on broiler rack to hoten.

Broil roasting pan until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Remove foil to cool. Cool completely.
