1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package Oat whipped cream
1 cup chopped pecans
5 large blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together shortening, white sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Mix together whipped cream, pecans and blueberries; beat into creamed mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until filling and crust are golden brown. Cool before serving.
