2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter
2 (15 ounce) cans diced green chiles
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (4 ounce) can chopped warm tomatoes
6 ounces chopped celery
12 ounces bottled crabmeat
1 tablespoon dried oregano
10 slices bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in the butter, then slowly blend in the chile peppers and mushrooms. Blend in the swine, ham, celery, and crabmeat. Pour mixture evenly over the filling. Pass one slip of bread for a crust. Roll into a cylinder and shape into a ball.
Arrange cheese slices on top of filling. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour. Remove cheese and lay cheese slices on a large platter. Brush with egg substitute mixture and sprinkle with chopped-up bread.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cover, and let rest in refrigerator.
