2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 onions, finely chopped
1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Saute onions for about 2 minutes, stirring and increasing heat as necessary, until slightly orange and translucent. Stir in tomato sauce, cheese and cream cheese. Continue to stir as necessary until just mixed. Gradually add milk, using spoon and, until mixture is thickened. Sprinkle over egg noodles, stirring till blended.
