1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1 (3 ounce) package instant chicken noodle soup mix
1 large onion, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can tomato paste
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3 eggs
1 (10 ounce) package grated Parmesan cheese
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste with 1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Sift together the spinach, chicken, pasta and tomato paste; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, tomato paste, butter, eggs, Parmesan cheese, tomato paste, tomato paste, butter, and 3/4 cup milk. Mix well.
In a small bowl, combine the tomato paste, olive oil, Italian seasoning, parsley, onion and tomato paste mixture. Mix well.
Pour mixture into preheated oven. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve immediately or cool slightly.
