2 (10 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sharp processed cheese spreaders
2 eggs
1 (1 ounce) package Italian-style dried bread crumbs
1 tomato, diced
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sharp processed cheese spreaders. Beat egg and dry bread crumbs into cream cheese mixture. Fold tomato into cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight, before popping into freezer.
