You Don't Need Butter To Make Peanut Butter Pie: A Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

2 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix

1/4 cup milk

1 (10 ounce) can peanut butter

1/4 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix vanilla pudding mix and peanut butter. Stirring constantly, blend pudding mixture into milk and peanut butter mixture. Mix thoroughly. Pour into baked pastry shell. Sprinkle with pecans.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Cool before serving.

Even I found this recipe to be lacking. Maybe this is because I used PB powder instead of equal parts powdered and personal preference. Regardless, I'll be making this again.
