1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
1 cup orange juice
1 small green apple, diced
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix orange juice, lime juice, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Stir and spread onto the cookie crust.
Bake for 10 minutes, then spread onto the bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Cool before removing from pan.
To make the filling: In a small bowl, cream together the orange juice, whipped topping, orange slices, sugar, and milk. Beat the mixture until smooth. Pour 1/2 of it over the cooled crust.
