1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 ounce) package frozen sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 ounce) package frozen green onions, drained
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, mushrooms, mushrooms and chicken. Mix well.
In a small bowl, mix egg, milk and olive oil. Mix together until well blended. Transfer chicken mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Let cool, then cut into cubes.
