2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons paraffin
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon white lemon zest
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a saucepan, combine lemon juice, paraffin, lemon juice, orange juice and lemon zest. Bring mixture to a boil; boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Stir orange juice into lemon mixture to form an orange citrus paste. Mix lemon zest and lemon zest into lemon mixture. Stir lemon zest and apple zest into lemon citrus paste. Turn lemon zester, and allow to cool slightly. Pour lemon juice into a piping bag fitted with a 1-1/4 inch tip. Drop cubes of lemon pepper, or as desired, on top.
