1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 red onion
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons red wine
1 dash Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot pepper sauce
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine vinegar, onion, horseradish, wine, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce, and red wine.
On a small plate, layer the grape jelly sauce. Whisk the sugar mixture into the vinegar mixture, then mix with the grape jelly sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Serve at room temperature.
