9 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
6 ripe blueberries
1/2 cup water
4 tablespoons butter
Melt sugar in a 4 quart saucepan over low heat. Stir in eggs one at a time. Stir in 3/4 cup water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir in butter and boil, uncovered for 2 minutes.
