2 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumbs
3 egg whites
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 cups white sugar
1 (3.8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C.)
In a large bowl, mix egg whites and egg yolks. Beat in 2 egg whites and 1 egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 cup sour cream, 2 cups of sugar, 3/4 cup cream cheese and 2 tablespoons vanilla extract. Gradually stir in the almond extracts, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup shredded coconut, 2 cups sliced almonds. Spread the mixture evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9 inch pie pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
