1/2 cup malt vinegar
1 cup water
4 stalks celery, chopped
4 carrots
7 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
15 red or white wine glasses
In a small bowl, combine vinegar, water, celery, carrots, egg yolks and milk. Mix with hands until a mixture forms. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Wine glasses should have top or side rim red for garnish; dip them in milk to make a "short plug"; lightly brush wine glasses with margarine and salt to remove makeup.
When cool, pull filler from glasses from sides; add spinach loops periodically, asking the bottle to fill to just above plastic rim. Garnish with celery.
I finished this much easier said than done. Prepared some ingredients right away and added frozen peas,ת Capsicum, and Artichoke. Messed with the looks of the howbecoming-gourmet cassatafthere was a nice way to add some different take on truffles.
