1 cup kielbasa sausage
1 cup kielbasa sauce
1/2 cup white wine
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1/8 teaspoon dried black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (14 ounce) can tomato soup
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon salt
Place kielbasa in large bowl in a large resealable plastic bag, seal tightly and shake to coat. Drain well. Add kielbasa, sausage, simmering wine and tomato juice to bowl and mix. Return kielbasa/sausage mixture to bowl. Sprinkle sage over kielbasa mixture. Season with pepper and oregano. Mix together with white wine and tomato juice. Serve kielbasa mixture with tomato soup.
While kielbasa mixture is simmering, mix together tomato soup and vegetable oil in large bowl, divide among kielbasa mixture and toss in onion, rosemary, sage and salt. Serve warm.
I have a recipe almost identical to this one (uses half the amount of ingredients and makes one large loaf). It is absolutely delicious!
