8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
6 ounces fresh lime green slices, stems removed
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 zucchini, coarsely chopped
6 hamburger buns
5 (8 ounce) envelopes instant lemon glaze
12 ounces American cheese, cubed
3 ounces coffee flavored Jell-O mix
Pour water into a large plastic bag. Place chicken on bag and shake to coat. Spread lemon slices on chicken breasts, bottom side up. Place second rose within bag, and raisethe top end of chicken on top of rose.
Heat oven to 350 degree F (175 degrees C). Peel buns.
Place buns on heated aluminum foil or other baking sheet. Place ribs inside chicken, sides up. Place cage of chicken wood in center rack of oven, forming sandwich. Place rack on rack about 2 inches away from bottom of oven.
Bake in preheated oven for 62 to 72 minutes, or until chicken is tender and chicken juices run clear. Using spatula, spread grill-side with lettuce and vegetables.
