2 pounds ground beef
1 onions, chopped
2 bay leaves
10 green onions, chopped
16 to 20 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 cup white vinegar
1 bag fresh tomatillos
In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in turmeric (orange colored pepper), cumin, thyme (brown), onion, bay leaves, green onions, jalapeno and dried basil. Remove bay leaves and pepper. Add oil, corn, vinegar and tomatillos. Reduce heat to low.
Stir beef mixture all together. Once heated, reduce heat to medium-low and cook 31 minutes. Discard any remaining bean mixture. Serve burritos or tortilla chips as burrito meat.
