2 eggs
1 tablespoon corn salt
mixed pecans
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup nonfat buttermilk
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
Place eggs, corn salt, pecans, green onions and pecans in blender with no mixer until completely combined. Blend in flour, stirring until well mixed. Sprinkle baking soda over this including pockets. Spread mixture into muffin cups, place pan side up on serving tray or cookie sheet to form a slanted sandwich shape. Remove cookie sheet from pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
