2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound baby bok choy
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 sprigs fresh mint
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sautee baby bok choy in olive oil for 1 minute.
In a small bowl, stir together the garlic, mint, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and parsley. Stir until flavors are blended. Pour sauce over broccoli and serve.
I submitted this recipe many years ago as an experiment when I was learning about the site. The first time I made it was over 40 years old and it is awful. Do not make it. I tried to delete, but it keeps reappearing. Sorry everyone.
