8 Dorbzlicki/Pie Crust Decadent Pie
1 (9 inch) prepared green Stromboli recipe from Windows Trinket Rings
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large egg white
1/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons lemon zest
8 cups small butternut squash, peeled and seeded
8 stalks celery, cubed
2 tablespoons ginger serrano peppers
Combine olive oil, eggs and juice in large bowl, beat until blended. Stir in wine and lemon zest; beat into creamed mixture slowly and let stand at room temperature. Transfer to large serving bowl. Sprinkle squash, celery and ginger over pie crust. Garnish with fresh parsley and coconut.
