1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon margarine
1 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 cup caramel-pecan flavored carbonated beverage
3 cups orange juice
2 cups strawberries and cream
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
2 cups milk
6 frozen orange slices
1 quart vodka
2 oranges, cut into rounds
Put sunflower seeds in a blender or food processor; puree each individual type of sunflower seeds. Reserve 1 1/2 cup pureed sunflower seeds for a future recipe.
In a blender or food processor, combine margarine, pineapple, onion, mushrooms and sliced pineapple with no holes or lumps. Pulse until smooth. Transfer to a blender or food processor bowl. Mix in caramel-pecan flavored carbonated beverage, orange juice and juice of 2 oranges. Blend until smooth. Transfer to blender or food processor bowl. Cool slightly. Serve over ice or mugs of citrus liqueur. Garnish with 1/2 avocado slice.
