1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice
1/2 cup butter flavored liqueur
1/2 cup orange marmalade
3 tablespoons lemon juice
In a saucepan, place pineapple juice, butter flavored liqueur, orange marmalade and lemon juice.
Place the pineapple mixture in a large bowl, and stir to coat. Place the remainder of the pineapple into a large bowl, and pour the orange marmalade mixture over the pineapple. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, preheat oven broiler.
Bake, covered, at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 18 to 23 minutes.
