1 (6 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 teaspoon dried lemon zest
1 cup orange juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup peach preserves
1 tablespoon damascus blue cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix peaches, lemon zest and orange juice.
In a small bowl, mix peach preserves, damascus blue cheese and orange juice. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven until peaches are lightly browned, 20 minutes.
