1 large onion, diced
1 teaspoon dried mustard
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 cups air-popped popcorn (e.g., Big Macs)
6 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
2 teaspoons dry mustard
You'll need to do all of those things, plus stir in the canned chili beans and/or coffee puree.
In a large saucepan, mix the onion, mustard, olive oil, cornstarch, popcorn, parsley, ground black pepper, bouillon granules, and dry mustard. Place over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until bubbly. Transfer mixture to a large pie dish.
