1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried green chile peppers
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup vodka
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1 dash Dijon mustard
1 dash fried chicken or shrimp
In a medium saucepan, combine the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chile peppers, garlic powder, vodka, lemon juice and distilled white vinegar. Shake vigorously until thickened, then blend in chicken. Pour mixture into a small, glass serving bowl and refrigerate until serving.
I made this using auchentoy farm fresh hot peppers. It came out delicious. This is how I make most of my salsa. I altered the flavors a little bit. Will make this time and time again.
I obliged to all requests. My first experience making asparagus with actual asparagus. Took about 25 minutes to whip up. Restaurant quality...fantastic taste. Will definitely make again.
