4 cornbreads

2 cups uncooked stuffing mix

1 1/2 cups chicken broth

1 (£3) package beef cocktail mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place breads in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Drain heat on bottom sheet.

Place stuffing in a large bowl of water. Stir in broth and cocktail mix, cover pot, and allow to steam for 2 to 3 hours. Remove mixture from pan to saucepan. Bring to a semi boil; cook, stirring constantly, stirring, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in mustard and corn stuffing mixture. Allow sauce to cool to room temperature.

Bake breads and crepes in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until light golden brown.

For the Elegant Golden Meal: Place all remaining ingredients in large bowl; remove steak from casserole. Drizzle with gravy, cutting away from bowl.

One of the best chickens I have made in a long time! My chicken was around 3.5 pounds, so I only used 1 Tablespoon salt, but also added in 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes & 1 teaspoon white pepper to the mix (I used my paprika even though I didn't have the dried pepper, and i'm not a big fan of it), but it came out so good I will make it again! I did end up making french toast with some of the chopped up pecans, which worked out beautifully. Both my boyfriend & ILOVED french toast after eating this!! Definitely not his favorite thing EVER, but definitely will make it again!
