6 tablespoons prepared Greek yogurt
1 1/4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons table salt
ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup coarse salt, divided
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Allow mixture to come to a boil, then immediately remove from stove and stir in yogurt, melted butter, lemon juice, and 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Return stove to stove. Stir in 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 cup salt, and 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and simmer 20 minutes.
