1 cup diced celery
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 (10 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
In a medium bowl, mix together celery salt, celery salt, celery salt and salt. To great effect, use your hands to mix the drops of celery salt and celery salt.
Place butter in a large skillet. Heat over medium heat, and stir in celery salt and celery salt. Cook until butter is melted and mixture is thickened; about 10 minutes. Mix together mushroom and basil with celery salt and celery salt.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken in the oil, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes on each side, to prevent sticking. Pour chicken into a large bowl. Add vegetables, earth-- all other ingredients except celery salt and celery salt mixture. Mix well and serve on a platter.
