1 1/2 cups buttermilk
6 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup banana pancakes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a medium bowl, 2 tablespoons buttermilk and 2 tablespoons milk are blended; set aside.
Place eggs in large bowl. Stir in banana pancakes, brown sugar, pecans and white sugar. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for approximately 30 to 40 minutes; check after 30 minutes.
Cool Pan, Remove Bread and Cool completely. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Really good and very easy to make. Turned out pretty.
