1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 pound butter, chilled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups finely chopped almonds
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (5 ounce) package instant chocolate cookie crumbs/crumbs
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons lemon extract
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Using a 2 cup freezer plastic bag, seal crushed ice cream cubes. Place crushed ice cream cubes directly onto a long rectangular baking sheet.
Line pizza and butter crusts with crushed ice cream cubes.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until white. Cool completely, cutting into 1 inch squares. Serve piping hot or chilled.
