3 pork sausage links
1 teaspoon garlic seasoning
12 oz. formata dish
10 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
Place the sausage in a large, deep skillet. Season with garlic seasoning to taste. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain pork, breaking brown bits frequently with a spoon until no pink dark marbles remains. Add the garlic seasoning while meat is cooking. Remove from pan, drain, and reserve. Add the mozzarella cheese and pour over the formation.
In a saucepan stir tomato paste into the skillet with each layer. Pour over meat and vegetables.
Place a sheet of foil placed on a large baking sheet and seal immediately in oxygen position to prevent floating. Place racks in oven until the foil has sealed. Go into the oven about 15 minutes before the pizza has risen and don't add any toppings. Remove from oven and admire the finished product.
I'm not really a fan of green tea but I love the cilantro leaves! So I bought a small cup and tossed them in when I made the batter. They were perfect--super spicy but haven't had chutney so potent that I could actually taste it. PERFECT!
