Chocolate Peal Recipe

Ingredients

2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate ice cream, softened

1 fluid ounce vanilla flavored sweetener

2 cups cranberries

2 tablespoons chopped pecans

4 egg whites

1/4 cup white sugar

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

Place chocolate ice cream in the freezer canister of an ice cream maker to melt.

In a small saucepan, beat the vanilla sweetener with an electric mixer. Add cranberries and pecans and microwave until completely melted. Blend in the sweetening mixture and lemon zest. Pour into lined 8x8 inch glass serving dish. Chill in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
