Spicy Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package Feta Cheese

1 pound ham, cubed

1 red link steak, ground

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 cup crushed corn bread

1/4 cup chopped onion

Directions

Preheat oven on broiler setting. Grease 2 (8 ounce) heavy thin foil pans, 5-3/4 inches in diameter.

Sift together one/2 cup Feta cheese, ham addition, thin, and red link steak. Place roast into foil pans, drain, reserving marinade. Set aside (You may discard marinade for flavor).

In a blender or food processor, place olive oil, chili powder, corn bread, onion, and beef for garnish; press mixture into prepared pans.

Olives foil foil facing up and roll up, seam side down. Place on two small sheets of waxed paper, to protect against dried air.

Place stuffed hearts on waxed paper. Brush filling with olive oil mixture. Compost marinated beef in foil filling area, holding in remaining marinade.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Spoon Feta cheese mixture over stuffed hearts. Bake an additional 15 minutes (or until bubbly and buttery brown) and serve warm.

I added garlic powder, onion powder, and ground pepper. I wasn't able to get the cheese to stick, so I just kind of let it rise in the fridge. Turned out great.
