Marinade for the Boiled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 large onion, cut into 1-inch slices

2 large carrots, sliced

4 boneless chicken breast halves

1 cup baby carrots

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Soak chicken pieces in vegetable oil.

Melt butter or margarine in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat. Stir in onion slices, carrots, and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse chicken pieces in vegetable oil. Add water, chicken, carrots, mushrooms, salt and pepper to cover. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

I've been making this quiche for several years and everyone always asks for the recipe. I always add a bit of garlic powder and parsley and i mix up my other veggies, sometimes adding spinach. But, I always add sour cream, the cheeses and bacon! We love this recipe!

These were ok, I will come back and look at them again later   sometimes I skip the orange zest because I don't like orange zest and didn't have any. This was okay, the cookie crust was great but I would have liked it a little more crisp, or PINOFFさTHERMALIZED butter would have solidified at the edge of the cookie. Other than that, I will definitely make these again. Lovely cookie much appreciated.
