1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
5 tablespoons strawberries, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 (2.5 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 cup orange juice concentrate
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pan baking sheets.
In a large bowl, mix strawberries and cream cheese. Beat in brown sugar, brown sugar, orange juice concentrate and orange juice concentrate. Stir until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake for an additional 20 minutes. Cool completely on baking sheet. Cool completely.
Use an electric food processor or blender to shred fruit. Place apple slices in the blender, and puree until smooth. Cover, and refrigerate blender. Mix in diced pecans, orange juice concentrate and almonds. Spoon cream mixture into pie crust. Chill until set.
