1 (16 ounce) can whole tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
2 teaspoons Mexican seasoning
1 bite whole fresh fruit
1/3 cup salsa
In a blender or food processor, blend tomatoes with green chiles and sour cream. Process until smooth. Part of the process is to prevent bloating.
Place salsa in a 1 (16 ounce) package of tortillas and roll them. Cut a small, half-inch slice from the top left corner and place the roll in the blender along with the tomato mixture and fruit. Adjust the amount of salsa depending on needs. Chill the roll in refrigerator in an airtight container at least 20 hours.
