Baby Mary's Chocolate Nut Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup dark chocolate chips

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 egg

3 1/4 cups hot water

3 cups buttermilk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 (9 inch) pans.

In a large bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix, cottage cheese, and pudding mix until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips and butter. Mix in sugar until well blended. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Let cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes, exposing the sides of the pans. Cool completely before frosting. Frost 10 - 12 minutes under pan. Garnish with chocolate ganache.
