Coconut Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared pie crust

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

2 cubes butter

1 1/4 cups white sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup evaporated milk

2 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon milk

1 (14 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Directions

To Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray pie crust with nonstick spray. Place 1/3 cup of cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a metal or glass pan. Pour remaining cream cheese mixture in pan, layer side down. Spread cream cheese filling over cream cheese filling layer.

Bake in preheated oven for 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan. Cool completely.
